jc, we stayed on that very site in Oct 2010. I had asked for a large easy access piich. When we arrived late evening we were escorted by the site manager to a pitch right at the top of the site. It was great as we had the whole of the area to ourselves. He didnt charge for our 2 pomeranians. The taps were a bit of a strange shape and we couldnt use our hose to fill the water hog.HIMSELF had to use a small water container. It was very quiet and they were in the process of replacing some old statics.I think it would be a bit cramped when busy and the laundry was a just a shelter. Not such a commercial set up as La Bien Assises. We had to tug a motorhome off when it got stuck. The manager also had to bring his tractor to pull a couple of seasonal vans off too.It was a week before the site closed so it suited us very well.A cheap option too with the Camping Card.We are using Gandspette in June using our camping cheques gold card.Up to now our our preferred site for " Tunnel sous la Manche" is Bien Assises.
