Be aware - at the end of the M5, there's a contra-flow with a 40 mph average speed limit from the Dick Turpin cameras between J's 29-30. No flashes, just a £60 ticket a few weeks later and 3 points, so watch out! We can't afford all these extra fines in addition to the extra road tax. Incidentally, what's all this extra tax going to pay for? Better roads, Better public transport etc? No, of course not - just screw the motorist for more cash, I'll bet us caravanners' carbon footprint is much lower than that the average families' flight to Costa del Package!
 
Well there is a very simple answer to this

Stick to the speed limit - you may not like it - but it's there.

You want to give them your license on a plate ? - well keep doing 50 when there is a limit of 40 AVERAGE applied and soon thereafter you will have your wish plus of cours you will have put a few more
