Driving around South Devon today

Local radio said 23 degrees in Paignton!

My car temp said 16 degrees

But what a lovely day, sunshine, and warm.

16 degrees here on our patio this afternoon - and wonderful! We've been out in the garden most of the day, and now have some new paving and a much tidier border, plus some very original planters made from recycled roof ridge tiles! They now look like the sort of pot you pay a fortune for - covered in lichen and very aged looking! With my new hostas in the top of some, variegated grasses in others, and herbs in the rests, it's going to be positively tropical here soon.

Let's hope it's another nice day tomorrow.
