We sold our folding camper a couple of years ago now with the plans to get set up for touring in 2020, but obviously plans have changed somewhat. Having more time to spend with the family has made us realise how much we have missed getting away and I want to start planning for when life returns to normal and we can afford to resurrect our plans to get a caravan.

In the mean time, the kids are loving life in the tent in the back garden!!

Why not share your outfit pictures to remind us all of what we have to look forward to or your temporary set-ups for coping with lockdown!!

Cheers,
Barry

What make is your windbreak it looks great..
Although not a fan of Kampa products this is one thta we do not regret buying as it is so much easaier to erect than our traditional type windbreak. We have the Gale pump to inflate the awning. It was bought from Attwools in Gloucester and they deliver.
Below is a picture of our traditional Jormax windbreak which we still use in the winter months.

Seems a long time ago, and best spring we've had for years, --- typical why wasn't it wet and miserable as normal?!! -- and still don't know whether us 'geriatrics 'll get our shackles off! (Ever)

Well at least the warm dry sunny weather has allowed me to get about 12 months of jobs done in 2 months. But it would have been nice to have had the option to go off in the van, or see kids and grandkids more. But I won’t be rushing to a a Socially Distanced pub lunch when they eventually open. Sitting in Perspex screens doesn’t really do it for me.

Even missing this for some strange reason
this was at a CL site near Mablethorpe last September after 3 days of very heavy rain, we went back earlier this year and now put in new drainage. IMG_20190929_183530.jpgIMG_20190929_183552.jpg

We had always fancy Pitch 1 at this site near the Facilities but overnight it had rain causing unfavourable conditions and I then slipped and fell on the steps.
