Moorside Adults Only Caravan Park, York

Has anyone stayed at this site at Strensall, near York? We like the idea of adults only sites but don't know whether to go to Beechwood CC site instead. Can anyone help us to make a decision?

We stayed there August Bank Holiday the year before last.

Very clean, well kept site,no shop or pub within 20 mins walk. For us a bit regimented, vans on the lakeside had to have the rear of the van facing the lake so not much of a view. The warden definitely had her favourites who got the pick of the pitches and the regulars appeared to rule the roost, though I have heard she may have retired by now and things may be different. Some train noise at the rear of the site but not a main line so not very early or late.Quiet apart from that, just opposite Srensall Common for dog walking though that is used by the army as a firing range, not while we were there so cannot comment on how noisy that can be,no public transport within 20 mins walk, though easy access to a Park and Ride.Fishing cheap at
