Next Years hols Help!!

Hi All

I am thinking of booking either of these two CC sites in Dorset, Hunters Moon or Haycraft for next August. Has anyone been to either / both of these and what is your verdict. Our kids have both flown the nest but contrary to popular belife we can still tolerate other peoples, so adults only is not a necessity just yet.

Thanks in advance.

Alan

Hi Alan

We called at Hunters Moon for a few days earlier this year before going on to the CLA Gamefair at Broadlands. Next time we shall go straight to the Gamefair.

Alan,

We stayed at Hunter's Moon a couple of weeks ago, and found it fine - a typical CC main site with all the usual facilities, located in Wareham Forest, about 2 miles from the centre of Wareham. Very nice walking/cycling in the Forest, and convenient for Lulworth Bay, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, Monkey World (wonderful), Swanage, Studland Bay etc. We'd like to go back. Area would be very busy in summer, though. There's also CC Haycraft near Swanage, but we haven't been there.

Did Haycraft a couple of years ago and found it typically CC, fine for us.

If you dont need a hardstanding try to get on their `CL` bit just inside the gate as its more spacious as not as regimented.
