The site is immaculate...very well tended (I think the owner is a landscape gardener). Neat & tidy. Showers spotless with fresh flowers and a bowl of sweets next to the sink! Safe entrance with barrier. Nice dog exercise area. The downside - traffic noise, we found no let up in the noise and it spoilt our stay somewhat. It may not bother you but we like quiet sites. I would use it as a "stopoff" but not as a holiday site.
