Pooley Bridge

hi has anybody stayed at Waterfoot Park, pooley bridge, cumbria. Was thinking on heading that in July thanks

waterfoot is a lovely site with a great park for the kids and just 5 min walk into pooley bridge

HI we stayed there for 4 nights at easter its a lovely clean site toilets and showers spotless, it is only about 10 mins into pooley bridge only down side, i would say, is there as absolutley no veiws of lake from site but other than that would recommend it, when you arrive u just pick the best pitch thats empty then go and pay at shop when it opens

We have been to this park twice in the last few months.

It is a great site, as mentioned the toilets are spotlessas is the rest of the park. Both times we had a view of the lake from our pitch. I would advise booking a pitch before you arrive as there is a sign to tell you if you just take a pitch you may be asked to move. The shop on site is well stocked and the prices are not too bad.
