S sparkes Jul 12, 2005 1,896 0 0 Dec 10, 2005 #2 These type of awning are designed that way. the best way to minimise it is to peg the bottom underneath the van. Some people I have met have used pipe lagging on the sides to help keep the gap closed Steve
