Seaview International

Hello everyone.

Any comments on this site would be much appreciated. Also are their any nice beaches within walking distance of the site.

Thanks for your help.

Happy new Year, Martin.

Hi Martin,

We visited Seaview International 2 years ago and was one of the best sites we have visited in terms of cleanliness etc, well laid out, it is the only site I have ever visited where each serviced pitch had their own dustbin which was emptied by the staff, staff really friendly and helpful. The shop isn't large but does stock essentials. The pool area is nice with sunbeds, you can play Tennis, Badminton, Crazy Golf all free of charge you just have to keave a deposit at reception.

Nice dog field if you have a dog with views of the sea.

The site itself is a bit out of the way really, you can walk to the nearest beach which is a nice sandy beach but no facilities down there, it is a steep climb back up. There is also a coastal walk along the cliff edge.

Would not let the location put me off there is plenty of areas around to visit (by car)would reccomend it to anyone and would definately visit again myself.

Hi Martin, we went for a look round whilst in Cornwall last year ... site seemed pleasant but really awkward to get too or from if you want to get out and about ... I wouldn't like to tow a can around some of the lanes approaching the site (Hubby's laughing at this as if I'd tow anyway but you know what I mean!). We stayed at Trethem Mill near St Mawes which I whole heartedly recommend ... no pool though!

Stayed at Seaview a couple of years ago and would say its the best site I've stayed at for cleanliness. Agree about the site shop, OK for the basics but limited. As for the beach, unless your a masochist, its not easily accessable. I was so exhausted after walking back up from it I had to have an extra drink to revive myself. The lanes are a bit winding but as long as you take it easy, there not too bad for towing.

Dave
