Hi. I set up my water on my Bailey unicorn Madrid this weekend and noticed a leak coming from the stem tee adaptor which is circled in red. When I had the pump on and taps open the water ran fine but as soon as I closed the taps it’s almost like the pressure built up and started leaking out this join. Is it likely to be a faulty tee or surge damper ? Has anyone else had this issue ?
TIA

Thanks for the reply. I gave them a good check to see if it was all connected properly and did seem to be! Will get a new T and try that 👍🏼

Push each pipe in, and then pull them as if trying to remove them, that ensures the seals within the fitting are compressed.

will try this thank you! Any clue as to why it was fine when I had all the taps on and running? But as soon as I turned the taps off it started to leak? Haven’t had it before so hopefully it’s just faulty and a new one will sort it.

When a tap is open there is no pressure within the system, once a tap is closed the system gets pressurised and any leaks become apparent.
