Jaqueline, which model of C200 do you have, as there are different operating issues with differing models.

From your description it would seem that something has got lodged in the valve,or pump, holding it slightly open, or the seal in the valve has become damaged in some way.

ITS A C200CW MODEL WILL TRY WHAT YOU ADVISED BUT NOT SURE HOW TO GET INTO INSIDE OF TOILET. IT ALL SEAMS SEALLED AS ONE PIECE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN

Jaqueline, go to the web site as above, look down the list for C200CW and click on Manual Pump.

This gives you step by step instructions, but as it is a manual pump, it is more likely to be a fault with the Vacuum Breaker, and not the pump itself.
