Thetford Fridge Vents.

I purchased two winter vents for my Thetford fridge, they are both the same size, covering the whole of both top and bottom vents, including the fridge LPG exhaust in the top vent. Is this correct, should the top vent be shorter to allow free exit from the exhaust?
They were sold singularly not in pairs, bought two, thinking that was OK, now having second thoughts..

I got them as a pair from a dealer Duncan's and they are two different sizes and allow for some ventilation. Looking them up on the web there do appear to be several different versions available though.

It depends on the fridge, Older models have a shorter upper cover to clear the flue. Later models have 2 identical covers when the flue vents into the void behind the fridge.
