Hi everyone
We have a problem with out truma ultraheat.
It worked a few weeks ago when we bought the van back from storage as we used it to warm the van up. This is the electric side, gas works perfectly,
Last weekend we had no electric heating, no light on rotary switch, light ok on mains switch.
Power goes to mains rocker switch and through to pcb,
Today I took the fire out and checked the heating elements, they both heated up when powered directly, I took both the thermal units to maplins, they do not stock them but a guy there put a meter on and said they were ok.
I fitted them back on and connected the power, still no heat, put a meter on input to pcb 240v, output wires to elements also showed 240v, but still no heat,
So does that mean that the thermal cutouts are faulty after all?
And would that stop power going to the rotary switch which is dead?
Or is the pcb a gonner?
Thanks in advance for any info.
