VW T6 as a tow car

Good morning just bought a Swift Conqueror 645 and was wondering if anyone has the same set up ie a VW T6 as a tow car/van?

My nephew has just bought a brand spanking new XC60 T8 recharge & has a new Coachman Lusso (?) on order.

I know it’s a different caravan to yours but I’ll let you know how it goes.

Surely the Volvo is not a relevant comparison to a VW T6. as asked by the OP.

I cant give you a specific report on your outfit except to say most commercial vans can tow quite well, but do bear in mind you might actually exceed the vans Gross Train Weight if you carry much load in the VW whilst towing.

Also be aware that some caravan warranties are voided if the caravan is towed by a commercial vehicle - check your warranty wording and if necessary clarify with the caravan manufacturer.

Ahh sorry, I didn’t realise (or read the question properly) the OP meant a T6 van. (The XC 60 also comes in a T6 model which I assume is a similar weight to the XC60 T8, hence my mistake).
