Water system Query!

Hi all.
I gather you can have a water system, thats either micro switches in the taps.Or a system that works off pressure.
How do i easily tell, what system my caravan has, without dismantling things?

Many thanks

With water in the system turn a tap on and you will hear the pump start. When you turn the tap off...
If the pump stops instantly then you have switches:
If the pump continues to run for a second or two and seems to slow slightly before stopping the system is pressure operated.

Simples?

Look under your taps if you see wires you are micro switch.

Not actually true.
Nearly all taps come with microswitches in them but with a pressure system they, the wires, are simply not connected to anything.

So shall i go by the pump running /shut off time as a best way of telling?
