Today and tomorrow 1 -2 pm.
The Boss returns Wednesday so should be open all day.
Also most touring pitches are vacant including a number of hardstandings.
You DO NOT have to go on the Rally field if you don't want to.

Are you on the rally field Sir Dusty?
Wouldn't it be easier to be together so as to make it easier for the BIG Saturday night Fest ?

Leaving about 8.00am so hope to be there around 12.00.

Oh nearly forgot.........Have unpacked the sunglasses B) :woohoo: B) :woohoo:

As far as I can see the touring pitches and Rally Field are 10amp whilst the pay as you go card seasonal are 16 amp.
We are pitched next to the rally field. Most of the hardstandings are no more than 20 seconds walk to the field. So there is a choice. Basically we have the field which does have its own toilets and kitchen facilities but no showers.

DD - Has WiFi arrived there yet, as their website says 'WiFi arriving soon'? ;)

Yes. But we had to ask for the password. The mobile EE network is very poor whilst O2 is poor to just about poor. Sun is shining :)

STOP PRESS.
The Owner says the Woosies can choose their own pitch once you have signed in and paid £15 per night.
We can still use the rally field for the fest so take your pick.
See you soon.

Alan ........I received an email confirmation at the time of booking stating the price/ night to be £16.
You quote £15..........could you check this as it would be good to know the correct figure for when we arrive and pay.

Thanks :)

The Boss has charged us £15 a night. Same for Gabs Parksy and Deli Dave.
Look forward to seeing you. By the way there are pitches on the rally field with 16amp. We are on the adjacent field with a mix of grass and hardstanding.

Thanks :)

Arrived 1 o'clock, 4 of us here already, the site is very nice and well looked after, beautiful day, The area is already 'illuminating' - eat your heart out Blackpool!, Parksy and Deli Dave gone to town on the lights. Some one else supporting Aston Villa -- takes all sorts! Forecast good already enjoying it. Weather brilliant, good site, friendly folk around, beer, vino, barbecue already. By it's a hard life being a "Woosie"!

Hooray. A radical change. Gagakev arrived and brought an Indian summer..
Not bad for the 1st October. Looks like a very warm sunny Woosiefest on the horizon.
Deli Dave and Parksys coloured lights are better than Blackpool.

This is the life. Bright sunshine no wind fine dining at the Inn Farnborough and a walk by the lake to follow.
By mutual agreement the Woosiefest kicks off at 1.00pm tomorrow.
Sun should be shining.
Who will replace our time honoured Queen Mel? A hard act to follow but whoever is chosen will be well worthy of the accolade. I hope one of us knows who it is :p
