After a cloudy day, the sky has now cleared, the temperature has plummeted, so we must carry on quaffing in our own abodes...except Sir Fixalot, who is still outside gossiping to HRH. I can hear him laughing from in here...

We thank you -alot for the kind gifts you gave to the ex Kings. ;) It was a gracious thought and the models are excellent. It was a shame you were unable to be with us this year but we now look forward to next year. The thinking caps are already on for next year and some thoughts are being thrown into the (Woosie) pot. ;)
Thanks again.

We all missed you and Sir Aleman especially his Derbyshire bitters.Sir Gagakev however did bring some excellent brews from Gagaland which slipped down very well indeed.
More pics will follow.
The Woosies did get cold last night and retired to our Woosievans for warmth.
Our new King has a hard act to follow but with all his gadgets and gizmos should move the Woosies into a new dimension. We will all be talking Yorkshire. :p
His performance erection of his awning impressed Lady Villa. Oh dear more cost in January. Is Kama blow up the way to go. Could be.
A very good Woosies fest .I hear His Royal Woosieness is already thinking about next year.
I wonder where.

So glad you all had a great time. Thanks for posting the photos. Sir Aleman was so gutted at missing out on the Wherry that he is brewing his own!
Will our noble King be considering a venue 'up north for next year.

I'm finally back on t'internet after being in a sort of cyber black hole at Anitas where no WiFi signal could reach me. :eek:hmy:
Thanks for again inviting Carole and myself as a honorary Woosies to join the festivities at Anita's which we enjoyed very much.
We loved meeting up and renewing our acquaintance with the Woosies at the coronation of Good King Sprocket and hopefully we'll link up next time wherever the Woosies gather.

Hello Mel,

Thank you for nominating the court jester to carry on filling the woosie pot, but now from a much elevated position, t'was a shame you were not at the coronation, as plenty of merryment did take place
I get the feeling that the next woosie fest will be greater & grander affair and last a lot longer and will be taking place somewhere Ooop norf !
.... Takes a brave man to wear pink croc's :silly:

No No No Mel there was no sunshine, the Saturday gave us cloud most of the day and got a bit chilly, indeed after a couple of hours of the fest I had to replace my shorts and t shirt with warmer attire :(
( The bigger Woosie's amongst us came dressed in coats ,fleeces, hats and indeed gloves)
Any one would have thought it was October
