Oh no TWO weeks drinking :woohoo:

We would plan travelling up on a Saturday (10th) stop halfway up, arrive the 11th, Woosie Fest 17th, depart Fri 23rd, stop on way back and arrive home 24th.
Thats in an ideal world

We should be OK on dates but which town/county are you considering as we may need to sort out overnight stops?

Google is showing approx 275 miles from Cardiff ;)

I have three sites in mind and i need to go visit them to find the best one for our needs ......

You'll need google translate as well. 8 years and I still can't understand them. Whoopppieeee less than two years now and I'll be back South. 2 hours may be pushing it but we'll see how I am nearer the time. Exciting!!!!

Any dates in Sept are currently fine with us. Like Sir Gagakev, we just need a bit of notice. Really want to get there this year having had to bail out of the last one. :( :(

A quick play on Google maps puts a 275 mile radius of Cardiff going through Alnwick, Jedburgh and Hawick.........

Kev
surely if you left at 5.00 am you'd be there for lunch including *** breaks.
Then you can relax having saved a day.
This could be the Woosiefest of Woosiefests.
I'm a bit worried about Bill's electrocution apparatus.
If it's like that Taken film then it's 6 inch nails in the thighs hooked up to a quality 230v supply.

Picked a random place on Google and it showed I could do 339 miles in 5 hours 20 mins.......load of poppycock :( With a van on the back....dont think so!!
Took me 5.5 hours to get to Rivendale!!! Think it took the king 4 + hours so with an extra stop I reckon on 10 hours plus!!!!
Some one please tell me I'm exaggerating!
Dont worry about Gaffabills apparatus.... I'm just hoping its a 10amp hook up site

You have got approx 281 miles of motorway in that calculation. depending on stops and the time of day / night you choose to travel, I recon 8 hour's driving plus your stops ;)

Glad we are thinking of including it in our main holiday and not just a weekend :)
Thanks King
I would do the whole trip but Ladygaga has different ideas.
