Surely you have done something really stupid.eg
Driven off with the jockey wheel still down or the rear steadies not wound up ?.
Used the toilet for 1s and 2s but forgotten to add the chemicals?
Left SWMBO behind?
Dropped the Thetford filler cap down the disposal point hole?
Used the Thetford before the waste tank has been installed?

:p B)

Are we still aiming for the third weekend in September for the Woosiefest? We are planning to do the Highlands and may well combine the two.
If it helps we can do any weekend in september or august or october. :cheer:

Later in September is better for us as we are in South of France at the end of August, but as a newbie, the senior status Woosies have the call, and mine was a front stay.

Anyone who is scared of silly things like spiders, etc
Anyone who finds normal everyday chores repulsive
Anyone with initials/name that we find suitable
Anyone who runs around after their better half which is unnecessary
Anyone who gives silly remarks to others on this forum
Those who won’t sleep in their awning
Those who waste electricity heating the awning at 2kw just to keep the dog warm
Those who want a Chinese take-away delivered to their caravan door
Don't like getting muddy
Complain to the Wardens about the weather
Driven off with the jockey wheel still down or the rear steadies not wound up
Unhitched the van and driven away thereby breaking the breakaway cable
Used the toilet for 1s and 2s but forgotten to add the chemicals
Left SWMBO behind
Dropped the Thetford filler cap down the disposal point hole
Used the Thetford before the waste tank has been installed

You need to publicly declare your indiscretions and you will be proposed and seconded for membership. It will then be up to our King/Queen to bestow a knighthood on you, after choosing a suitable name.

A venerable list indeed.
I recall Dame TC did purchase an original Woosie T shirt. She had a hip replacement and then seems to have gone very quiet.
Maybe Sir Lightpole Man could e-mail her?

Dame TC last posted on the forum in 2012 but I've contacted her via email to let her know that you remember her and that the Woosiefest is in Yorkshire for 2016. :)

Yes, thank you Steve. Her last posting was in 2012 but I notice that her last viewing of the forum was in Oct 2014, so she was still watching us. ;)

There was this one time when we pulled up on the site and it was dark and as I walked into the van from the Muddy pitch and put my size 9 foot prints all the way down the caravan with rabbit poop on onto my new carpets, thd wife not very happy then there was a time I told the kids they could go to the toilet in the van as I was setting up and then realised I hadnt took the disc of the tank and that time when I told the wife she could go in to the caravan cuz I had it secured on the Jocky but the jockey wasn't secure enough and it nosedived with her in it ! And 2 or 3 times ive tried to pull away with the handbrake on on the caravan and made a nasty mess of the pitchs ! :eek:hmy: . . . . .

That explains why your title is still in dark text. Only 3 years and 7 month since being knighted. Have you recieved an exemption from The King.

I've just thought of something else I have done which I thought was going to end in divorce the year before last in the afternoon I was before setting off for Dover for France I went to move the caravan forward on the drive and snagged on something and I tugged it a bit more but then realised I had pulled the cable from the battery when it was plugged in and rived the battery unit door off aived snapping the lock bit on it and slightley damaging the sheath off the cable !

Ah well it's quite simple really, I could cope with the old website, and was pink back then but I've never been able to cope with this new one :silly:

An answer please, from my highly esteemed peirs, should the Title be in Woosie Pink , or Purple. I await a reply with baited breath, or is it garlic from last nights steak. God for the hydraulics , some say. :woohoo:

I think we originally agreed pink, but which variety of pink is a different matter. Perhaps original King DD may be able to adjudicate?

Edit - just had a quick look back at early pages and there is no colour in the text (and no links to pictures). It appears the colours were lost when the forum was migrated to the new website. :(

The original colour was a purplish but that was decided very nearly four years ago and the forum has had a couple of face lifts since then and the colour palette is not the same ......

Tried changing signature colour, as per Knightly decree, but all I see is black. Help!!

Go to your account & click edit at the top right hand side you will see a capital A with a grey underline, if you hover your mouse over it, it will say
Select text colour (Seven across & three down)
