Playing with the Timer controls on the heating last night, "maybe after a few Bevies" Took the boys for a swim in the river Thames, The Boss on my return states I will be taking her out for lunch as we had no hot water for a shower. . What a whimp. But it wasnt too costly.
So Your Highness, Gaffer Bill, does this get me an Hons, after my Knighthood. And does DD, get a limp. ?

I found that stone on my shoe :p
Another great Woosiefest. Midsomer Murders was filmed around here. You can follow the trail and indeed the Agatha Christie Trail too. A ride on the preserved steam railway Wallingford -Cholsey is a must.
A very good location choice by his Royal Woosieness. :cheer:

Parksy, I feel your pain. I've been all day supervising swmbo in the garden. Well, apart from when I came in for a nap.

Glad lunch today was good. Hope there was a break in tipples before this evening. :)
It gets worse
I'm with Herself shopping now :eek:hmy:
Not as bad as Hutch's catalogue of errors though.

We won't mention his from this morning when he took the dogs for a walk and left his OH short of water part way through her shower. Nice towel though.

I do have to thank Hutch for reminding me my break-away cable wasn't attached before leaving site.

You Guys have missed all the fun.
A certain tribe have entered town. All the Local Caravan sites are on alert. The overnight barrier has been lowered precluding entry and exit unless requested.
A private Security firm has been employed and they are doing regular patrols. Well done the Owner of Bridge Villa :cheer:

Wish we'd come with you instead of going to Wales :( . Kids were a NIGHTMARE... no wifi, nothing to do on site, no shop to buy tons of sweets; just beautiful countryside, a river running past, fantastic pub at the end of the road...pearls before swine!! Mind you, it was very quiet for Easter.
Glad you all had a good time - looking forward to catching up in September. :)

The precautions taken by the owner of the site could have been to keep the Woosies in

WC .
I and Hutch have this one Brennenstuhl 1298680 Moisture Detector.
Well we left His Royal Woosieness and his fair Maiden alone at Bridge Villa.
Safely home and the Wyoming unloaded and put to bed for a few weeks. 2ill fix the grill next week as the new parts have arrived.
Thanks to Bill for organising this break which was great fun and most enjoyable.
Hutch
I batted so well the Umpire gave me a six as the ball never touched the ground until beyond the boundary ;)
I recommend Bridge Villa especially if you love long dog walks, Midsomer Murders and etheAgatha Christie trail.
Also boats for hire if you fancy cruising the Thames.

Glad everyone enjoyed the site. ....today we have been to Dorchester on Thames which we had never heard of until last Monday.
Very quaint with a lot of history and recent TV fame.

If it had been a Barcelona or a Laser then I might have got excited (well raised my eyes adoringly at the boss) but otherwise looks like I've got to keep this van a few more years yet. :(

Well done Hutch :) Sounds like SWMBO stumped the middle wicket too.
Off to North Devon Monday week so will try the pitch at Bideford.
Is your awning a Sun camp?
