Sproket you are a saviour! !

Your map enabled me to correctly orientate the dish.

My compass had been giving me some spurious readings.
Probably because I am sitting in a metal pit??

Anyway we now have full sky coverage.
More to the point we can now watch all our recorded stuff.
Unless you get a sat signal you can't watch your recorded programmes. I don't understand that.

Glad that you have got it sorted....
I have just plugged the one that we use in the van onto the spare house Sat dish so that it can pull in any updates that might be due over the next few days.....
The weather forecast for that area looks ok for well into next week, but there again the weather man could have got it wrong...

Got a couple of nights at Chatsworth before we meet up.
However gone down with a "stinking" cold today! -- Magic!!! -- But that famous 'old' cure of a glass of water a day for 10 days should get rid of it?

Came home Saturday which was their last day of opening DD. DIL still hasn't calved though but there was enough groundwater about so didn't need the swimming pool

I must have been having a senior moment, which come all too often these days, because I thought you were all going to Rivendale last Thursday. I only realised I got it wrong when I saw Sprockets counter. It seems the forecast is going to be dry for you but unfortunately there's Arctic air on it's way and temperatures drop on Wednesday.

Just read an email from the ole dog himself Sir Dusty

Whilst he has been at Rivenlot he has been earning his keep;

See below;

Brilliant news!!
I had to prostitute myself but have secured a FREE room under cover.

From 5.00pm saturday evening to midnight we can have the
restaurant
cafe room. The bar will be open upstairs and we agree to buy our
drinks from them. We can bring all our own food bbq etc onto her cafe.

So we will be warm dry and very comfy.
I reckon that is a good result.

If you are happy please post on the forum. We can bbq prepare food at our carzv
caravans and take it to the cafe.

Do you remember the old barn. That's the building.

Cheers

Alan

Just been looking at the forecast and not really any good for The Saturday,

hi DD, it's because the EPG comes from the sattelitte signal, no EPG no planner, no planner no access to the box hard drive, so no recordings, simples,
ps hope you all have a great time at the woosiefest and have a safe journey, going to work now

Sat here at Chatsworth CC site (killing time) whilst 3g+ is superb here, might as well use it. Is there any at Rivelin? Been through the park this beautiful but cool morning. Got to be off here by 1200, just rung Rivelin and no problem to arriving a "bit" early, so I'll get the legs up and like Parksy be on our way. (Long tow about 16 miles!!!!)
