......hope you have a plausible answer ready as to why you have an electric welder in your luggage πŸ™‚

Seriously though enjoy your trip and you all have a nice day now.

Cheers ..... having been out to liberty island yesterday & then up the empire state building this morning we jumped on the subway out to Coney Island all for the cost of $5.00 return. :silly: back to New York.
It took nearly a hour to get here but the beers are nice & cold & the sun is cracking the flags, have a great easter. πŸ˜›

Hi all

Know we are late but hope everyone had an enjoyable Easter, we are back from Glastonbury, with friends on their first ever caravan trip and can say it was a huge success!

Looking forward to catching up with you all, we may even get two new members!!! Our friends new to caravanning!! Stowford will be their second outing!!! They are looking forward to meeting you all and am sure they will have lots of questions for you?

You mean that you have two newbie caravanners and you haven't managed to persuade them to join the forum? :woohoo:
We'll look forward to meeting them Lady DiDi, I'm sure that they'll like Stowford.

Is Lady Smilie attending?
I thought Sir Gabsgrandad was working way down South via the Derbyshire Dales. Must have got that wrong too.
Oh well they'll still be plenty of Woosies and banners πŸ˜›
And The Lightpole Man's illuminations πŸ™‚

No, never planned for Stowfolot this year. But am coming sarf in May. Managed to get into Baltic Wharf for once, and last time as they are closing it after we've been. (Well end of year) Probably 'cos a norvener got through the system!!

Alas Parsky, I've been encouraging them to join the forum, but they are a little hesitant as its all so new!! They are looking forward to meeting you all and are counting the days!!! they are also talking of upgrading next year!!! So I think they like it!!!

It's a steep learning curve when you start off, that's true.
I'm sure that with your help Di they'll soon learn to relax and enjoy themselves. πŸ™‚

Sir Fixalot has just been adding a few touches to the electrics/ interior design, and I'm supposed to be cleaning the van out...maybe tomorrow!
Really looking forward to catching up at the weekend, we should be there before 7 pm as we plan to leave just after 4pm.
