Have a good journey everyone on your particular day of travel........a good landmark to look out for as you near the site is the large entrance to the NFU Mutual insurance HQ.
The campsite entrance is directly opposite on the other side of the road.

Graham ......I sent you an email before reading your post πŸ˜‰

BTW ......Crazyguider's friends did manage to book for the weekend in the end πŸ™‚

Nurse Jenny has just finished doing as much as is going to be done to the outside. Still pondering about moving it away from the rapidly falling leaves.

Wishing all Woosies a safe journey and great times at the Shakespearian Woosiefest.
Belated birthday wishes to Gafferbill, and get well soon Graham.
I wish we could have joined you all. πŸ™‚

Hard work this caravanning, (ps don't trust granddaughters! -- Damned phone cams!) - Having a w/e in Derbyshire before visiting Bard territory, -- omen or not? -- The rain is persisting down at this moment, 2045, Oh well we're cosy anyway.

Yep the advance 'party' has arrived, the 3 caravaneers, -- the Dog, the Gaffer, and the Grandad!, , don't know about enjoying the showers, certainly enjoying the sunshine between them!

This old dog is sandwiched between Gabs and Gaffer. Could be worse. πŸ˜› .
Kev must be close. Hurricane Kev/ Irma is blowing hard and wet.
Hasn't stopped us :cheer:

Parksy, going to miss you and Carol next weekend, hope Twinwoods was good fun.
Hutch.

Cheers Hutch :cheer:
Twinwood was the best ever this year, helped by the gorgeous Bank Holiday sunshine which made a change.
We needed our holiday in Dorset to recover. Have a great time at Stratford πŸ™‚

I suppose I'd better have a look and see what the site's called and how to get there! See you tomorrow afternoon.

EEEEEEEKKKK Have just seen that my trusty steed may not be allowed to park by the van because of technically being a commercial vehicle.

Just emailed to explain and say I hope I'll be exempt from the ruling on the grounds of being a cripple and all that jazz........

Immediate response, wardens will be informed and no problem at all.

Thats good news Martin, just had the caravan medic leave, fitted two new PCB's and control panel to our Thetford fridge, now running on gas electric and 12 volts. Kerching, Β£177 plus Β£50 labour. See you all on Friday.

Wet yesterday and on and off today, currently brilliant sunshine but the paddock is too wet to mow πŸ™ Very windy at the moment and hope it dies down before tomorrow. πŸ™

Been a bit damp here but did manage to get out to do a bit of shopping! Didn,t realise the Avon was quite so tidal up here! Are you still looking forward to it?
