Alternatives to Swift Challenger 540

I am currently in the process of buying a 2010 Swift Challenger 540. However before I do the deal (ex Demo Caravan) are there any alternatives that I should consider to this model (must have a fixed double bed). Furthermore if there are any Challenger 08-10 owners out there; are you pleased with your purchase and could you recommend it. The Caravan will be used almost exclusivly in France.

We had a 2007 540 and psrt exchanged it in August this year for a Swift Charisma Coastline 550 (highbridge special edition)
We had no problems with the 540, the only negatives were a bathroom that is a bit limited but works and making the bed is a bit of an effort because access is a bit restricted because of the partition between the shower room and bed area.
The benefits of the 550 are that you get a very nice bathroom and easier bedmaking because access is easier. the downside is you get a slightly smaller living area. Overall we both prefer the 550 but the 540 is a very nice van.
