Can anyone tell me the make or operating instructions for this control panel?.

No idea of the make - the left hand meter is an uncalibrated volt meter connected to the battery, the right hand meter is an ammeter connected to the level sensor in the onboard fresh water tank - the left switch selects between onboard battery and tow vehicle battery - the centre switch powers the fresh water pump and lights up when the pump is in use - the right switch is used to pump water from an outside container into the onboard fresh water tank.

This control panel shown in Deckchair's posting was fitted to Swift Group motorhomes (and to other makes) over 20 years ago.

The panel's manufacturer was PLUG-IN SYSTEMS (as shown in the lower-right corner of the two gauges in this better-quality image)

The panel is a Plug-In Systems KT9M5 model and operating instructions are on Page 29 of the 2000 Swift Group motorhome owner's handbook viewable via this link
