Having problems with reassembling carver cascade rapido, water heater, the spline had snapped so, turned it round and driled hole for electrics, but since putting it together I have water pouring out of the centre of the front (camper wall) not the drain or relief holes,.. Does the spline have to be full size or have I missed a washer.. Does anyone have a diagram for assemble....

Congratulations, you have just totally ruined the heater and it will never be able to be used again.
That's the problem with messing with things you do not know about.

I am afraid a new one is needed now. We all make mistakes so I would not criticise you, but probably if a problem like that arises the best bet is to post a query and see if what you want to try is possible.

We have bought a realy well looked after Abbey County Warick 2000 - and off later this week on the first trip of 2018 to sunny Devon
I can't however find any details of what the tyre pressure should be !!!!! any ideas ??

You need to know what your van MTPLM is (its maximum weight loaded) and check your tyres for the size and load rating.
