I have a Boschmann Sinemaster KGE1000TI Inverter Generator that has developed an enginbe problem (it was running, gave a few clanks and stopped). No one seems to know an agent or repair centre for this type of gennie. No address in the manual. Has anyone any knowledge of repair centre - in South Wales area if possible, but anywhere will do.
 
All goods sold new in the EC must be provided with manufacturers reference details. This sounds like a "grey import" so it's best to refer back to the seller. Lack of suppport information is a significant problem with internet type sales.

We have a 2.8Kw version and foung it to be excellent.

Yours is the same as a Honda EU10 I think.
