Lightweight, dry and cheap?

I'm looking for a 2 berth that is spacious, not prone to leaks, cheap secondhand, easy to resell, and with an all up weight of under 1250kgs. Does it exist?
I need it for longer term stays in UK in winter when visiting friends and relations. I already have a lightweight tourer for summer use in Europe where I live.

cheap ? look at the sprite range alpine 4 has fixed bed and still in your weight ltd or alpine 2 even less kgs.
