You have a conflict between the two VIN plates - they have different rear axle limits and towing limits.

You also need to check the external body length of the caravan - if it's over 7.00m it can't be towed in the UK by that towcar.

You will usually find these used as statics and permanently left all year on sites. The so called travelling community usually tow them with pick up trucks that have rear wheel drive and double wheels each side at the rear, capable of handling unladen weight of 2200 kg minimum ,plus whatever is the loaded weight plate. You often see Builders with these with Diggers on trailers on tow.

As its body length exceeds 7m (excluding A frame) I believe you would need a vehicle with a MAM exceeding 3500kg, IE a commercial vehicle. What did your relative use to tow it with? Also be aware that such outfits aren't welcome on many sites because they think the owners may be Travelers.

According to the data plate the vehicle has a Max Vehicle Mass of 3250kg. That sets the vehicle into class B.

That means you must have a Class B licence entitlement to drive the vehicle. Licence entitlement C1e only entitles you to drive a class C1 vehicle and has no relevance to your SsangYong solo or towing
