That looks greatWe have a small caravan and the sink is next to the hob. There's limited worktop space and the drainer goes partly over the glass hob top. To make more use of the glass hob top without damaging it we got a bigger version of one of these. It covers the glass hob top completely and cushions anything we put down on it.
Did that recently and discovered I was lot more overweight than expected. Switched to a LiFeP04 battery fitted with anderson connector so it is quick to disconnect. That now travels in car, which reduced weight in van by 28kg compared to AGM. Another 17kg by throwing spare wheel in car. With all these ideas - a base line weight for the van. Take it to a weigh bridge, and find out how much payload you _really_ have before you are overweight.
It's amazing how quickly it gets used up...
We went from Pb to LiFePO4 and saved about 10KG. It lives under the floor under the bed so we dont take it out to travel. However, if we need the additional van payload, the spare wheel does come out and ride in the car boot.Did that recently and discovered I was lot more overweight than expected.
