Wiring new 13 pin plug

Hinput a new 13 pin plug onto my tow car and there are 2 lots of wire [black) for light etc and grey for fridge reverse light etc).
On diagrams it shows for 13 pin wires that are different colours from pin 8 to 13 than the ones on the old grey wire from my car.
I'm certain pins 1 to 7 are correct as they are standard but the problem is everything works fine on my lights apart from when I put my side or mains lights on my right indicator stays on.
Any advice greatly appreciated as don't want too put 2 sockets on the car.

I have found that Bailey use a different colour coding on the caravan as they do on their wiring diagram. Which is really helpful not! Took an age to work it all out and I was only looking for the permanent 12v feed for a rear view camera.

Clearly if the right indicator stays on something isn't connected correctly, which you probably knew anyway.

So it is the car you have retired not the caravan which I assume is already 13pin?
Grey wires! Very odd. Before you pulled the 7 pin “ 12N “ plug apart did you take a photo?
I suspect your problem is purely one of missiring. Best double check. But if yours are all,great and black you may need some specialist help

Cheers.its gotta be pin 8 to 13.i think from my car grey wiring yellow is for reverse and green is positive direct from battery.
My van is a sprite 2014 major.defo wrong on the wiring as it worked fine on a 7 pin plug.
Just need to know what pins the grey wire colours go to.thanks
