Great that you managed to get booked in and so close a pitch.
It just means another plate of food on another table on Sunday lunch time. And maybe a "Snifter" or two, again. :p

For the Newbies to the Woosie fest, The Jacobs table is normally on the Sunday lunchtime at maybe the New Kings Caravan, its a bring along some food you have left over or for Pete, a cake, and everyone dives in, nothing elaborate, except for Pressie, !!! Let us hope the weather will be good for us. . DD/ Grey, I will get in touch about the pub, for Saturday night meal, Icaru5 will your kids come to the pub for a saturday night meal, ? Well done Hutch. Do we book our meals in advance?
..

I think with the number of us we should ask the pub, I will call you tomorrow. I think :p ordering 12 portions of Prawn cocktails and then Scampi and chips would not go down well with the folks. :p

Hutch, Hi

Are you taking over the pub arrangements. I have had it all in hand, been there, spoken to them etc
I am happy if you want to take over, in which case I will just let them know I am not doing it! let me know.

The answer is yes we will need to book food in advance. I have already posted a link to the menu before but if it helps here it is again.

Hi Grey,
Many thanks for that.I guess there is so much going on, and September is a long way off,we may have temporarily forgotten you are kindly making the dining arrangements!
May I suggest towards the end of August you remind us all again and we will all place our orders via You please. That will avoid any confusion. Plus in my experience pubs tend to change their menus with the seasons. So what is available today may not be in September.
Hope you are recovering well from your operation and the super shower is progressing.
Best wishes to you and Yvonne,
Dusty Dog

This is what it looks like now. If anyone is left off please let me know and I will add your pitch.

Come on all you caravaners, how about taking a chance and joining us!
Will be a great weekend, lots of fun and meeting other caravaners!
More or less during the day you are free to scout the local area, interesting things etc to see and do.
Saturday evening join in the meal at the pub and participate in our pub quiz
Guaranteed you will enjoy yourself!
Sunday afternoon / evening join in the Jacobs Table and a bit of interesting socializing over a glass or two...

Come on, lets fill the park!

Grey,
I see The Red Lion do a Quiz every Sunday evening.

We could all use that if you wish and save yours for say Monday?
Just a thought.
