Which one for the summer? Me, OH and 11 year old lad will be going. We don't want manic but we do want facilities, pool play area to keep the lad happy. If he is causing ASBO mayhem elsewhere, we get a break (Kidding!). Seriously, if he is occupied and can make friends so much the better.

All advice gratefully received.

hi

have been to holgates and it is a lovely site.facilities are top class but it does cost more than the norm.walks around the surrounding area are great for families, although you will have to drive to outlying areas for more family entertainment.beware of the drive to the site, very narrow roads and precarious bends, need some concentration.how they get statics to the site beggars belief(they must fly them in)lol

Thanks klarky, much appreciated. Now, has anyone been to Heathlands Beach at Kessingland near lowestoft.
