CL near Roundswell for convenience. the broomstick rider is at Northam and the Brother in law Yelland. We'll be moving to South Devon or Cornwall in hopefully less than 5 years now as we much prefer it. Looking forward to Hampshire February half term though as we'll have the new van by then, fingers crossed!!

So far the BBC weather website is giving showers and light winds for Hereford on thursday. Presumably, the downpour and gales are just for you in Devon. Perhaps if you sneak out in disguise the universe won't notice.

Just checked again and looks like the gusts in Devon have moved on to saturday up to 55km/h
Thursday looking at 18 km/h so should be ok
See you soon
With the bad weather moving up to Hereford for the weekend it looks like the new awning may get its christening on its second time out. The weather stayed dry for the few days use at Tredegar House in August and we didn't take it on the 5-day/3-location tour of the West Country in September (which was extremely wet on the Sunday night at Glatonbury with not a festival in site)!!

We will look forward to seeing you all on Thursday, unfortunately we'll have to leave on Sunday afternoon because we are attending a family funeral on Monday (Carole's 87 year old Aunt sadly passed away last week)
I probably won't be back online until after I come back next week, my computer is going in for repair tomorrow so see you at Poston.

Hi Di
Can you get me me and Lady Villa on. I'll have to be Sir Dustydog as it will be King Gagakev from the weekend.
Sorry to hear Carole's sad news . Hope she copes ok.
Shame Parksy has to go a day earlier but I guess it wont stop him enjoying the bar with the rest of us Woosies
smiley-kiss.gif

Food wise a slight change of plan. Due to technical problems with the slow cooker I will have to abandon the Rogan Josh. Will Southern fried chickem portions be ok?

Well fellow knights & ladies of the Woosie round table, hope
the “tourney” goes well for you all.
Much merry making and joviality and by the sounds of it full bellies, and hopefully
belly laughs. By the sound of the menu the ‘Thetfords’ could be in for some ‘hammer’
to really test the “Woosies” at their unfavoured sport.

Sorry I can’t make it, just done a week in Lake
District, lovely weather except for I ‘Gaga’ day! When it looked
on site as if we were in the lake!. Due down to Norfolk on Monday on grandparent duties for
the week (half term as you know)

Have a good time (No Gaga weather) and good luck to the new
King and I’ll see if we can match up
next year.

Have a “good ‘un”

We'll bring some savoury snacks, pork pie, sausage rolls and that sort of thing to nibble on after the feast.
Hope you don't mind two lots as we were planning to do the same
smiley-surprised.gif
If you can get hold of some decent pork pie we'll be sorted Sir WC, the ones that I looked at today all looked burnt
smiley-undecided.gif

We've got some sausage rolls and those little sausages on sticks and I bought a nice Black Forest type gateux for afterwards.

Lady squirrel has said she should be able to get a decent pork pie, so we'll bring some.
