Points To Ponder On - But The Truth

OMG I DON'T BELIEVE MY EYES!

Not so long ago I posted a lighthearted comment in

http://www.practicalcaravan.com/newforums/fm_messages.asp?FO=205&FM=321709
and shamefully I blasphemed by mentioning Mecca and mosque. May God forgive me.

I attracted the wrath of Nicholass who reported colin(bridgend) and myself to Mod2 who

then deleted the posts.

Nicholas then continued to threaten us (post not deleted so threats must be ok with Mod2).

He said he was reporting us to the C.R.E. and any other bodies that would be interested in listening to him.... YAWN.

Since then I have suffered countless sleepless nights, waking up in cold sweats. The nightmares I've been having are horrendous, I see myself being dragged screaming from my bedchamber, nightcap in hand, by the Thought Police. They hang me by the thumbs in my own dungeon at Screwemm Hall and get my milkmaids, who are dressed provocatively, to parade before me.

Worse is to follow though as Nicholas waves my jar of Viagra in front of my eyes, taunting me.

Here is something to ponder on.....

Isn't it ironic that in all walks of life we can make jokes about the English, Welsh, Scotts, Irish, French, Germans, Yanks, Aussies, Chinese, Japanese etc.

Isn't it ironic that we can make jokes about Protestants, Catholics, Buddhists, Jews, Jehovah Witnesses' etc.

All without fear or even thinking that the jokes are racist.

Isn't it ironic that if you as much as mention the words mosque or Mecca the minority PC brigade, who lust for the control of our lives, come out shouting foul.

What is even more ironic now though is that Nicholas has posted under General - Here We Go Again

"We still (allegedly) have free speech in this country and everyone has the right to their opinion.Whether we agree with it or not doesn't mean they should not be allowed to express it".

By the way Nicholas, I thought you said you lived in Spain or do you mean Spain when you say "this country"? If you mean the U.K. you have proved it yourself that we don't have free speech, even in a non descript forum like this.

Not a criticism, just an observation you understand ;O)

....... anyway I digress, I would never have thought I would see myself admitting this but the above is a legacy of Mr. Blairs Britain. Some may recall me making posts supporting him but how wrong I was. Good riddance to him and as soon as Blair and his cahoots are out of government the better for all with the exception of the PC Brigade. I also hope that Blair cuts up the Human Rights Act that he signed up to into little squares, threads them on a string and hangs it on his toilet wall. :O)

In retrospect, if it is a different Nicholas referring to free speech to the one who threatened us I apologise unreservedly.

O.K. I feel better now I've got that off my chest ........ hehheh!

Steve
Thank you Steve

Mod2 deleted them. I haven't a clue what colin posted but the thread was ....

http://www.practicalcaravan.com/newforums/fm_messages.asp?FO=205&FM=321709
I know exactly what I posted and it was a tongue in cheek light hearted joke but if I post it here again he would complain and Mod2 would delete it again which makes me wonder if Mod2 isn't Nicholas :O)

I still have your phone # Steve so if I find time I will tell you tomorrow.

OK Lord B, pause for breath.

What can I say, welcome back. I can see you and Nicholas being uneasy bed fellows, but don't let that stop you.

In fact, saying that has just injected a most horrendous mental picture into my thoughts, damn you!

You up for Halloween/France/Easter?

Lord B. the above postings and similar postings under other headings only goes to prove how popular you are and how you have been missed by the vast majority of us. My comment was that I light heartedly stated that Bridgend was the Mecca of the west. Don't know if I offended anybody but it was meant in a friendly way and not intended to insult any person or religion. If I did I will apologise.

Thanks Lol. Regarding France, thats a no no because of the 3 dogs. Regarding Halloween I'm at Sherwood in October although I have yet to book it yet because my wife still doesn't know which dates she can have. I will be going to visit my mother who lives at Clipstone. Easter again I can't say, again due to when my wife has her leave. She has 2 more years to work and although she doesn't want to wish her life away she can't wait to finish. Her Supervisor at work wont even let her staff book their summer holidays until April 1st, the new financial year. Unbelievable I know, but that's how it is :O( One of the staff still has to book her quota of summer leave so my wife cannot book anymore until then although we have October pencilled in.

Last year I told the better half that if she didn't sort her Supervisor out I was going to go to last Easters meet on my own. I can't blame her because she's more frustrated over her leave than I am.

Incidentally, why would you be wearing a cricket box at your ballet classes?

Lord B. it appears that the emphorium of your return to this forum has resulted in all other postings being put on the back burner. No one else is making a posting of any other topic.

Just to set the record straight, regarding the original postings in the thread starters post.

1.Nicholas did not "report" anyone to any of the Mods.

2.I was browsing through the forum on that night and was already in the process of removing certain postings which were not suitable, because of the connotations involved, before Nicholas posted anything.

3.If i remember correctly, Colins post was removed as it became nonsensical in context after the offending post was removed.

Finally, if bringing back old postings and the whys and wherefores of who did what to whom and when is the way things have progressed on this forum, then it is a very sad day.

In simplicity, if you want postings to remain on the site, then post in accordance with the forum etiquette.

Sherwood in October? That's a coincidence, I do hope your booking the last weekend...Halloween! I can understand the frustrations of not being able to book in advance L.B. but try to get there if you can.

Incidentally, I wore the box because Lisa said that ballet was a contact sport. My arabesque was slightly compromised by the shin pads though.
