I used a different Swift dealership for servicing compared to purchase, and they looked after my warranty for a new rear panel. I guess it all depends on the deanship as they dont get paid lots of dosh for warranty work. But there is nothing to stop you having it serviced by a local dealership for your make, and if warranty issues arise then you could then take it back to the supplying dealer. Thanks I’ll have to get a price from the dealer unfortunately they’re quite far away typical
If you use an AWS mobile technician and a warranty claim is necessary then if you have an AWS tech who is also approved by the manufacturer of the Caravan then they can submit a claim and undertake warranty work. For example a local Swift approved workshop sorted our cracked pano window via a warranty claim. Our previous experience of both servicing and warranty work by the supplying dealer was woeful. No way would I go near them again.Depends on Dealer or Mobile service engineer. If it is a brand new caravan I would advise to use the supplying dealer whilst it is still under warranty. Probably Dealer about £75 dearer than a Mobile engineer. but worth it if there is any warranty claim needed
